We want to make sure you never miss a comment or question from one your shoppers. With the new email notifications feature in Boutique Window, you can choose whether to be alerted about new comments via your email, Facebook or both! We’ll send you a message via your method of choice when there is a new comment to respond to. Oh, happy day!
When a shopper comments on one your items, we’ll send a message to the email address associated with your Boutique Window account. Click on “Respond to Comment” and we’ll navigate you directly to the item in your Boutique Window so you can respond.
Want to change the email address you receive notifications and other account emails to? Go to Settings -> Email & Password when you are logged in to your Boutique Window account.
When a shopper comments on one of your items, we’ll send a notification to the Admin Panel on your Facebook Business page. Simply click on the notification to respond to the shopper’s comment.
Manage your preferences
We’ve automatically enabled both email and Facebook notifications in your account. To manage your preferences, simply go to Settings -> Notifications when you are logged in to your Boutique Window account.
